Think of an American music festival and there’s one that always springs to mind. But Chicago’s Lollapalooza, which is attracting all the cool kids, is an annual music festival featuring alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock, hip hop, and electronic music bands and artists, as well as dance and comedy performances, and craft booths.
Our stateside babe Electra Formosa was there for us, rocking Miss Selfridge (obviously) and with a few insights to share about #Lollapalooza…
“I’d never been to Chicago before, but because Lollapalooza is in Grant Park you really get an amazing feel for the city – it’s super cool to have the city skyline one side of you and then the lake the other side.”
“The weather here has been unpredictable so I’ve worn lots of changeable layers… I loved the grey jersey dress paired with a hoodie and then the cool black denim oversized jacket”
“You’ll do loads of walking, so comfortable shoes or boots are a must.”
