Returns policy
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
Returns to Store
For your convenience, you can go to your nearest store, excluding those in department stores, with your returns within 28 days of purchase.
LIMITED EDITION ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED TO THE WEBSITE AND THE OXFORD CIRCUS STORE. OTHER STORES WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND LIMITED EDITION ITEMS FOR YOU. WHERE AN ITEM IS LIMITED EDITION IT WILL BE CLEARLY STATED WITHIN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. HED KANDI ITEMS ARE PART OF OUR LIMITED EDITION RANGE.
